The fees above apply to self-funding patients. Any investigations, such as blood tests, are charged separately by the hospital.
Insured patients
I am recognised by all the major private medical insurers, including Bupa, AXA and Aviva. If you are using insurance, please contact your insurer before your appointment to confirm cover and obtain a pre-authorisation number, and bring this with you. Most insurers also require a referral letter from your GP.
Self-funding patients
You do not need insurance to be seen. Self-pay patients are very welcome, and you'll be told the cost clearly in advance. A GP referral letter is preferable as it helps me understand your child's history, but please get in touch if you have any questions.
What to bring
Please bring any GP referral letter, your child's red book or growth records if relevant, a list of current medicines, and (for insured patients) your insurer details and authorisation number.
